4 cups shredded Jalapeno Extreme cheese
4 eggs beaten
1 small can green chiies
1-2 tsp. minced onion

Combine all ingredients.  Stir well and spread into ungreased 8″ square pan.Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.  Cut into small 1″ squares to serve as snacks.This can also be made with smoked chedder and garlic and onion cheddar. If you like a spicier flavor, use the Jalopena Extreme.  Enjoy!
